We ship the products across Pakistan as well as to the international locations.
How much does shipping cost?
For Pakistani Locations:
For orders, less than Rs.5000 shipping charges will apply (depending upon quantity). All orders above Rs.5000 are FREE Shipping.
We use multiple courier companies like Pakistan Post, TCS, M&P, Leopards, etc to ship your products. In addition, certain sellers will ship their products by themselves in which case the courier company might be different.
For International Locations:
We do deliver outside Pakistan (Depending upon the product you want).
Who actually ships the products?
To ensure efficient shipping of products we ship the product to you in 2 ways :
– Directly shipped from pansarkidukan.com warehouse
– Shipped directly from the seller
So keep in mind that sometimes you will receive two separate boxes, which very well may arrive at different times.
We will email you a tracking number when your products get picked up by the shipper.
When do products ship?
For items stocked and shipped by pansarkidukan.com the item ships in 24-48 hours.
For items stocked and shipped directly from the seller the item ships in 48-72 hours.
Some products have to be ordered specially from the manufacturer and may take additional time. Any additional processing time will be noted on the product detail page.
International shipping – Can I get products shipped outside of Pakistan?
Yes, you can get these products anywhere in the world. The shipping charges apply based on the location.

Please note except food items and other heavy items, we can ship the rest of the products. For some countries, specific custom rules apply.
When will my product reach?
Please provide 2-4 business days after you have ordered for the product to reach you. In some cases when the seller ships the product directly it may take up to 4-5 business days.
We take extreme care in our packaging but in certain situations, there may be some damage to the products.
In case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing obvious damage, we request you to not accept the package and return it to the courier agency immediately. Goods once accepted cannot be returned.
Please email us an image to email@example.com within 5 days of the received damaged package so that we can take remedial steps

For any reason, if you wish to return or a refund needs to be initiated, we are happy to issue a refund. Please note on account of hygiene reasons some products are not eligible for returns. They include but are not limited to Bath & Body, Baby & Kids, and food items, etc. In case you’d like to return an item for a refund do write to us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help you out with the next steps.
